Refund Policy

Individual and Couples Therapy Sessions

Payment for therapy sessions is due at the time of service. Because we reserve a specific time for each client, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are subject to the full session fee.

• Your first late cancellation is extended a one-time grace — no charge, no questions asked. After that, the 24-hour policy applies.

• We understand that emergencies happen. If an exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending or cancelling in time, please reach out and we'll handle it with care.

Coaching Sessions

The same cancellation policy applies to coaching sessions: 24 hours' notice required to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Clinician Consultation Packages

Consultation packages (3-session or 5-session) are non-refundable once purchased. Individual sessions within a package are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled within  6 months of the purchase date.

Digital Products and Downloads

Currently, Honeycomb Therapy Center does not offer paid digital products or downloads. When paid digital resources are added to the site in the future, the refund policy for those products will be updated here and will appear on the payment page prior to purchase.

Future Online Services

As Honeycomb Therapy Center expands its online offerings (including courses, group programs, intensives, or other purchasable services), this Refund Policy will be updated to reflect the terms applicable to each service type. Updated terms will be displayed at the point of purchase before any transaction is completed.

Payment Processing

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. The Honeycomb Therapy Center does not store your full payment card information.
