There’s more than one way to find support

Some people come to Honeycomb knowing exactly what they're looking for. Others aren't sure where to begin. Some are even questioning whether what they're going through is worth getting help for. All of these are valid reasons to be here, and we’re happy you’ve found us.

Find what fits.

Each kind of support at Honeycomb is built around the same foundation: understanding first, judgment never, and a focus on tools and ideas that actually fit your life. The difference is mostly in the format and your goals. Take a look at what each option offers. And if you're still not sure, visit the Questions page and reach out. We’d love to talk it through with you.

Individual Therapy

For adults looking to understand themselves, navigate relationships, and make sense of their patterns

Individual therapy is a collaborative, ongoing conversation between you and a clinician. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, explore the patterns you've developed, and build tools and understanding ``that fit your life, not someone else's idea of what “should” work.

Best fit if you're navigating something emotionally complex, working through relationship patterns, or looking for a deeper understanding of yourself.

Neurodivergent Coaching

For adults looking for practical, skills-focused support for everyday life.

Coaching is less about exploring the past and more about building tools for right now—whether that's executive functioning skills, relationship and communication skills, working through a career transition, or something else entirely. Together, you and a coach will experiment, adapt, and figure out what actually works for your brain.

Best fit if you're looking for practical strategies, want accountability for change without judgment, or are navigating a specific goal or life transition.

Couples and Neurodivergent Couples Therapy

For partners who keep finding themselves repeating the same patterns, even when they're trying their best.

Couples therapy focuses on understanding what's happening beneath the conflict, not deciding who's right. The couple and a clinician work together to identify the patterns pulling you both back to the same place and build new ways of understanding and effectively communicating with each other.

Best fit if you and your partner feel stuck, keep having the same conversations, or one or both of you are neurodivergent and navigating a relationship that deserves a better explanation.

Clinician Consultation

For therapists and clinicians seeking collaborative support on complex cases.

Consultation provides a space to think through challenging clinical situations together, grounded in research and experience, and focused on what's immediately useful. Whether you're deepening your work with neurodivergent clients or navigating questions about relationships, sexuality, or trauma, we would love to think alongside you.

Best fit if you're a clinician looking for a research-informed colleague to think and plan with, not someone to simply tell you what to do.

Clinician Supervision

For therapists in training building toward licensure.

Supervision at Honeycomb is collaborative, curiosity-driven, and tailored to where you are in your clinical development. The goal isn't to create therapists who think like me — it's to help you discover the therapist you want to become.

Best fit if you're completing your clinical hours, preparing for licensure, or looking to build your clinical voice with a supervisor who genuinely loves this work.
